Boss is trying to book multiple movings with different clients on same day , showing some attitude if something goes not to the minute, putting blame on clients. asking clients to provide an estimate of what needs to get moved , exact measurements and hours, which may not be accurate. Had to cancel one move because there was no spot for us even though we booked a month ahead. second time was Not on time, asking us to help disassembling , wrapping and unwrapping. asking for tools such us bolts, screwdrivers, ranges etc. Overall impression of constant rush and unneeded stress. Friend of mine recommended Versatile Moving for my family moving and international shipping needs. Because of COVID-19 we could not come back to Toronto from Europe. I asked VM to pack all our condo belongings and send them to me. Customer Service Officer always was in touch with me through WhatsApp. Generally everything went smoothly : they booked elevators with building management, packed everything in boxes, cleaned apartment from furniture and sent my stuff to Europe. Upon arrival everything was safe.Thank you for your fair prices and great customer oriented attitude!

I moved last week from Toronto to Ottawa with Versatile Moving. Versatile Moving provides excellent service. They were very professional and organized. Versatile Moving arrived on time as they promissed, we even were able to schedule our loading time in the evening before the day we moved, so it was easier for us on the next day to just unload our things. Furniture arived safe and without scraches. The truck was big enough to fit all our things. It was so easy to move, I even did not notice when we change the house.
