The Quick Lane Service Department is an excellent drive through service for preparing your vehicle for winter storage. A checklist provides information from tire wear to fluid levels. The staff were friendly and informative making the process of customizing my truck quite seamless. Once my truck arrived, it was ready for pick up within a couple of days and the paperwork was well organized.
The lease options were well explained and at no point was I pressured into accepting additional costs. This was overall a great sales experience and I am extremely happy with both this dealership and my new truck. Went for my oil change but had to wait an unusual long time. Was very busy and only one guy working because of summer holidays.

I brought my 2015 ford 4x4supercrew Xtr in to get the motor changed...the service guy told me the bill will be $7980.20 final price our the door...huh...lol...my bill turns out to be over $11,500...now tell me., is that fair??? What do I do???to be continued!!!

Hit and miss place. Lately it's been mostly miss though. Wish they had more people with Theresa's friendliness and service minded attitude. The manager Justin in service is not interested in customer service and completely unapologetic. Last three times my vehicle has been in for oil change and/or switching wheels it has taken them a minimum of 4 hours to get it done! And that is with having a time slot booked. I don't care if you call it check-in time or appointment or what, if I as a customer book a time I do so with the impression that it means something, that my vehicle will be attended to

You have some pretty shady employees working for you up there at Highland for. One of your workers for example has had multiple reports on him for trying do run over people on bikes. You should re-evaluate who you have working in your company. A police report has already been filed against him. For safety purposes I will not disclose his name on here. Except he drives a grey ford from the company.

My car had some lights pop up while driving across Ontario and they were able to scan my car to find out why. The lights were on for a day then shut off after I turned the car on after I got there of course. It wasn't an urgent matter to fix so I was able to be checked and on my way. Very kind and helpful service staff thank you.
