Our Kinesiologist is able to provide a personalized exercise program that will allow you to return to your activities of daily living, or to your place of work. An additional service provided by our Kinesiologist is Pre-Employment screening for various companies throughout Newfoundland. Through our Kinesiologist, we are also able to provide the community with cost-efficient group exercise for various health related issues.
Strength and conditioning programs are tailored to each client, which is based upon their needs and goals. Many clients are referred to us from WorkplaceNL and insurance companies to help with work related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic illness/conditions. Self referrals also occur to help with peronsal health issues.
Originally from Gander, Heather Hefford attended ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, NS, where she graduated from her 2200-hour program with honors in 2002. Before finding her passion in massage therapy, Heather also obtained a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University in 1999.
Some of her specializations include Swedish, Hot Stone, Cupping, Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ), Sports, and Pregnancy Massage, and Myofascial Integration.In 2018 Heather completed the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada program from the National Academy of Osteopathy. She is now a member of the Canadian Union of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners and has knowledge and expertise on the treatment of chronic pain.

Nathan completed his degree in Kinesiology (Honours/Cooperative) in 2015 at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Nathan is a Certified Kinesiologist with the Newfoundland and Labrador Kinesiology Association and certified to administer the Functional Movement Screen.
During his degree and post-graduation, Nathan promoted and delivered health care in clinical and non-clinical settings to a variety of individuals with diverse fitness backgrounds and health conditions.Employed as a kinesiologist, Nathan assessed functional limitations and implemented strength and conditioning programs designed to improve overall strength and function.

Jill is a Registered Dietitian, who offers nutrition consulting and personal coaching to help her clients meet their health and lifestyle goals. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) with a major in biochemistry-nutrition and a minor in psychology; Jill has since been registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Dietitians (regulated body), and is a member of the Dietitians of Canada.
