Could not care less about your tax form preparation. Generated errors 3 years in a row, causing lots of penalties. Don't take any responsibility. Run, don't walk away.

Very easy and quick. Bring required paperwork, they ask you a few questions. They will then call you within a week or so sign paper work and pay. Done.
