Born and raised in Antigonish, NS, Dr. Tim Silver received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology from St. Francis Xavier University in 1985.
Most routine dental visits to Silver and Dobbin involve a cleaning, along with dental examination. If we feel it's necessary, we may order x-rays to give us a better picture of your oral health. X-rays are helpful to identify issues below the surface, such as decay, fractures, cysts or infection. Advances in x-ray technology allow us to review them immediately so that we can develop a plan of action during your visit.
