Dr. Marty Thompson is originally from Kitscoty, Alberta. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1997. He opened the doors to Health First Chiropractic in 2008 and has been serving the people of Lake Country and surrounding communities since.
Dr. Thompson had originally chosen to attend medical school, but after a life changing experience with chiropractic, he saw the benefits of a natural approach to health care and made the decision to switch his focus and become a chiropractor instead.In his spare time, Dr. Thompson enjoys dirt biking with his boys, camping, and relaxing with his family.

Elisa is the newest member of Health First Chiropractic and Massage. She grew up in Thunder Bay, Ontario and has recently moved to the Okanagan. She graduated in 2009 from a 3-year RMT massage therapy program at Everest College in Thunder Bay. After completion of her program she started a clinic with her best friend Danielle who now has her own clinic in Moncton, New Brunswick.
We strive to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to ensure a comfortable, positive experience during your time with us. Your first visit may take anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour, as it will involve a thorough consultation and a chiropractic examination. Note: Most of our adult patients may require X-rays as part of our thorough examination.
