We have substantial experience building with insulated concrete forms. Our team has extensive knowledge & experience with ICF projects ranging from 700 sq-ft minimalist living t0 12,000 sq-ft custom homes. This type of reinforced concrete is designed to stand up to even the harshest Newfoundland weather.
At Wolf Construction we take great pride in craftsmanship & efficiency to ensure your project runs smoothly. Our Estimators & project managers are trained in German project management. We facilitate the production of building models in 2D and 3D. We collaborate with homeowners so you can track your project to ensure its on schedule.
Anyone who chooses a house these days should no longer only pay attention to the size and appearance of the house, but also to factors such as the topic of health, energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental protection. Many of the existing houses lack these components. When we build your house, we always discuss in advance what technical requirements it should have later.

Wolf Construction recently replaced the windows, doors and siding on my home. Dale and his crew were very easy to deal with and their work was great.
The scope of the project was initially just to replace the windows/doors but this was a challenge right from the start as the supplier of the windows (Not Wolf Construction) had incorrectly measured 9 of the 15 windows/doors so what should have been a couple of day job in Noverber turned into a much bigger undertaking.
The incorrect sizes ultimately created challenges with the old siding making it necessary to be replaced. This was planned for this
