It's fundamentally important to release both physical and emotional pain by treating the body, mind and spirit to achieve the best possible outcome.

By employing unique therapies like Body Sculpting Massage, EPFX/SCIO Biofeedback and Life Coaching, I provide my clients with a unique spectrum of treatments not offered in the clinical environment. Freedom from Pain! Whether it be physical pain or emotional pain, the mind and body are inseparable - what effects one influences the other.

I'm a teenager and I'm told I give a great shoulder massage and that I'm much too sensitive. I'm a mother again at the age of 29 with my daughter and we became the best of friends and still are. Finally at the age of 34 I know I want to help others to feel great emotionally, physically and spiritually.
It's all about you. Life coaching encourages you to be yourself, to expand beyond your limitations and to become a stronger, more alive human being. Coaching helps you to become more of who you are. Coaching can help you to discover and envision your dreams and goals - make them a reality. There is a distinct difference between coaching and consulting.
Stress is defined as a nonspecific response of the body to any demand made upon it which results in symptoms such as rise in the blood pressure, release of hormones, quickness of breath, tightening of muscles, perspiration, and increased cardiac activity. Stress is not necessarily negative but too much stress can trigger problems with mental and physical health, particularly over a prolonged period of time.

Indications of this build up are things such as pimples, rashes, dark circles under eyes, green and blotched complexions, allergies etc.
Do you ever think about why you eat? The easy answers are because you are hungry, tired and your stomach is rumbling. Sometimes you might also eat because you are bored, sad or happy, just because it's lunchtime, or because that chocolate-covered donut looks so good. Those are some of the emotional and physical reasons why you eat, but do you ever put much thought into why your body needs food?
