Services
In late 2017, Steve Seiferling decided that he wanted to move back to Saskatoon from Regina. By the end of 2017, Larry and Steve had founded Saskatchewan's first boutique management-side labour and employment law firm. Law is a service industry. Our firm's philosophy is, and always has been, one of client focus: to provide strong and timely service to the clients that we take on.
Seiferling Law has the right lawyers, human resource specialists, and support staff to help your business navigate any challenges that come your way. Seiferling Law offers our employees and associates flexible working hours and arrangements, which allows lawyers to work in a manner that is the most productive for them.
Larry has worked in labour and employment law since the early 1970s, when he finished his law degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Larry has a comprehensive knowledge of labour and employment law in Saskatchewan, and across Canada. His knowledge of construction industry labour relations is unparalleled in Saskatchewan, and he regularly advises clients on complex and emerging areas in labour law.
Preyanka completed her Juris Doctor from the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan in 2021 and joined the firm as an articling student. Prior to law school, Preyanka earned a Bachelors Degree in Commerce with a Human Resources concentration. In the completion of her commerce degree, Preyanka was named to the Dean's List and worked in both human resources and administration.

I cant say enough good things about Seiferling Law and specifically William Vavra. I contacted Will out of the blue on a cold call, he spoke with me immediately, worked on a short (3 day) turnaround, vigorously defended my interests, secured concessions from the opposition and charged an extremely reasonable rate.
If you want someone to fight with you and not just work at building billable hours these are the folks and this is the guy.
