Above and Beyond Tree Service certainly were true to their name, and went above and beyond in their service to us. When our neighbour’s tree crashed down on us, we needed to get out from under the tree fast, to rescue our vehicles and our power lines. Not knowing where to turn, I called another company first. My call went to voice mail, (and I… received a call back hours later). When I then called Above and Beyond Tree Service, the call was answered immediately, to my great relief. They were sympathetic, considerate and responsive. They agreed to come first thing the next morning,

Could not be more impressed with Galen and his crew (Alex, Curtis & Joseph) at Above & Beyond Port Alberni! Galen was incredibly responsive and came out to view and provided a quote the day that I called him. Once I confirmed that I would like to go ahead, they were out within a few days to perform the work. I had one particularly tall, dead tree close to the power lines and the boys took it down meticulously without any mishaps. Professional, conscientious and super friendly. Thank you Galen, Alex, Curtis & Joseph for a job well done!

We have used Above and Beyond for a few large jobs around our house and have been very happy with their services. From dropping two very large dangerous maples leaning toward our house to grinding some extremely large stumps out of an awkward area in an timely manner. Affordable and professional. Will use again.
