We got married in July 2021 when things were just opening up again. Rada and her team at Alana's Flowers were one of the best vendors we had the opportunity to work with. She was very accommodating while we had to make multiple changes as our wedding had to be not only reduced in size but also postponed. The floral arrangements that she made for us were even more beautiful than what we expected. She helped bring my vision into reality and for that I am so grateful. Alana's send a beautiful spray of flowers for my Mother's casket. I had not purchased from here previously, but the website ratings convinced me to take the chance. I am so glad that I did. Rada was so amazing and paid so much attention to detail and I am beyond words in love with my flower arrangement ! The one and only flower shop of mine that I've supported for many years ever since they first opened their Etobicoke location. All the flowers that I've bought for myself, friends, family or have received by somebody else from this shop have been beautifully done and lasted me 3/4 weeks. Their delivery is also always on time and easy when placing the order. Definitely a florist shop I'll forever trust with brightening up mine or somebody elses day.

Another successful year. I was so pleased with how my Mother's Day went (amid the craziness of this pandemic) - all thanks to Alana's Flowers! The arrangement was beautiful AND exactly what I wanted. I placed the other a day before AND they accommodated even with one of the busiest days of the year for any floral store. I will be back for ALL my floral and gift needs. Truly 5+ stars!!!! During these trying and uncertain times and with protocols changing daily at long term care facilities, Ivana at Alana's flowers was able to create 2 amazing bouquets for same day delivery for my mother's 95th birthday yesterday! This little flower shop is located in Etobicoke, very easy to miss, so be careful - you need to turn into the plaza. If you're in a plaza with an RBC you're good.
Alana's Flowers & Gifts is a nice shop, very small but nice. Walking in, the fridge is on the right with orders and Alana didn't really greet me or anything. Seemed really busy but got my flowers I ordered pretty quickly.
They were exactly what I wanted, however they were quick to die, even when properly taken care of... and they overcharged me by a lot for the flowers I got. Carnations definitely didn't

Despite the high ratings this place received, the customer service was terrible, and would not advise anyone to go here. I was supposed to receive 2 orders, and only received one. When addressed, the worker literally said, "I can just e-transfer you 10 dollars and you can get yourself a box instead. It's only a small box that you ordered so don't worry." I emphasized that the card is not Canadian and that the order was $20, but she kept insisting she'd e-transfer me $10. I have dealt with them for over 10 years and not once did they let me down. They have always gone over and above with their Professionalism and Personalized service. I can always depend on them. Overpriced and when I trusted the woman there to pick the flowers for the arrangement, she chose the cheapest ones she could find. The arrangement was embarassing for how much I paid. Serves me right for going to the first place I saw and not doing my research. I now know after visiting another florist in the same area, after tax and delivery, I could have gotten a beautiful arrangement for the same price. I would not trust this place to make your arrangement unless you're choosing exactly which flowers you want and are willing to pay more than competing florists in the area. They were mildly

I sent my parents a bouquet of flowers on the day I was eloping as a sort of surprise/reveal. At the time of ordering a month earlier, I was rudely spoken to by a lady over the phone when I had corrected her spelling of one of the words meant for my note. Decided to order flowers for delivery at the last minute for a birthday. Ivana was very friendly and professional. The flower selection she had available was very good. The flowers were delivered that evening as promised. The recipient said they were gorgeous, included a lovely hydrangea. I will definitely use this florist again.
