In 1991 we relocated to our present location on the east side of Highway 400 at Innisfil Beach Road, 5 miles south of Barrie, Ontario. From our location we sell both modular homes, lease/sell commercial offices, and job site trailers. We carry a large inventory of new modular homes and commercial office units.

Services
Mini Homes are single unit Homes. Offered in 1 to 3 bedroom models, Mini Homes provide the value of a complete home at a fraction of the cost. A refreshed version of our popular 1518 Mini Home, the 68' x 16' has all the features of our old model with new features at 1088 sq ft.
We have stretched the home 1' longer in the living room, put black hardware throughout the house, put a square island with bartop instead of an angled one, split the window in the master bedroom, and updated the exterior look.Our new 54' x 16' mini home which is perfect sized for a cottage or secondary suite.

Ranging from 700 sqft to 2200 sqft Bungalows are the ideal family home. Our bungalows are two piece modular homes that come in variety of floor plans. If we don't have the floor plan that's right for you we can customize any plan so you get the home you want. All of our homes can be built to suite the foundations you want.
Granny flats (also known as, garden suites) are secondary dwellings on a property for elderly family members or persons with disability. Granny flats are a great way to keep family close but maintain your privacy and independence. Additionally, if the granny flat is your primary residence you can apply for the new home rebate.
All of our construction trailers come with a variety of common features, and some specific features for different sizes. They are available for rent in four sizes and can be customized beyond that when ordered for sale. The smallest construction trailer we have available. This size has a single office, which works great as a temporary site trailer or small office.
A lunchroom trailer we had custom built in 2011. This custom unit has a kitchen, lunch area, shower and two bathrooms that are wheelchair accessible. A bunkhouse we did in 2010 for housing workers. The unit we ordered had six small bedrooms, with two bathrooms that are connected to two of the rooms.

We ordered a trailer for our job site, and the service was incredible. They promptly answered all of our questions prior to delivery, showed up on time, and we met the owner without knowing it. He was courteous, knowledgable and made for an easy install. We've done business with lots of trades/rentals in the past, and this was an exceptional experience. Armstrong is highly recommended!

I cannot thank this wonderful father-son duo enough for helping my friend and I today. We blew out a tire at the side of the road in Tiny, Ontario, and we were stuck. They stopped immediately and changed our tire for us, and were so friendly and helpful. It took them less than 10 minutes and they truly helped us out of a tough spot. It is a rare duo that would have stopped and been so kind as they were to help two strangers. I have no doubt they do business with the same helpfulness and integrity. Thank you!
