I would give 4 stars but on our third night the hot water went out (to be fixed in the morning).I went the front desk to inquire, Lenora went above and beyond to get us a hot shower. If the rest of the staff here are half as awesome we will definitely be back!
Thanks Lenora you are the best 👌🏾

Yes they will take debit-visas...but you have to really be nice.
DON'T EVER ask for tea from the front desk......you know....the most popular drink in the WORLD! (you'll have to get coffee only)
If I could lend 2 pieces of advice....the hosts here need hospitality training and be wary of the Dennys attached...even the locals warned us about the subpar fair.

So disappointing. Was hoping for a go to restaurant for breakfast, but this was definitely not it. Food tasted like it was cooked in old oil. Between the eggs, sausage and french toast it was seriously gross.

Currently staying at killam crossing, no hot water for showers, restaurant is not open, wifi has been poor if working at all. Colleague of mines electronic door lock has needed battery's for 2 days and staff can not be bothered to fix problem, nor did they even know where the master key was when he was first locked out. Staff told us it was fully booked I'm sure to justify the price but it is clearly a ghost town. Recommend staying at the wagon wheel motel in town if you want reliable service and amenities such as HOT WATER.

Our family was treated very well when we all were hotel guests. Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of us and we appreciate it. Rooms were very clean and food was great. Thank you from our family.
