He just came to help me fix a clog. He was very efficient, friendly, cleaned up after and gave me tips on how to avoid it from happening again next time. Even though he was a little late, I got a call from them letting me know of the delay so I knew what was going on. I had a very positive experience and will be calling them again if I ever have another issue.
