I ordered lasagna and my husband ordered veal parmagian.
My lasagna was watery and looked and tasted like mush. It was so hot from the oven, I think they burnt it. Veal was not the quality meal that he has had there before.

What an understated place. I had been tempted to stop several times while driving through to Saskatoon. This week I stopped for lunch and what a treat for a beautifully cooked curry, Aloo Ghobi and Lamb Vindaloo, and for those that don't like curries the same degree of attention goes into their burgers and other menu items. Excellent service, excellent food and a comfortable surroundings.

Was traveling north and fiance said we should eat at this spot for dinner. Rosetown seems like a nice town but damnnn, this restaurant makes me want to visit lots now. I love East Indian cuisine and the food reminded me of a good friends of mine's dinners. Even the Canadian cuisine was awesome. The fries... home cut... fried... perfect. Highly highly recommend. I would suggest fries and butter chicken. Great cultural combination.

This was a great surprise. We asked someone in town what would be a good place for lunch and they recommended Highway Host. Now that we've eaten there I would recommend it to. Great food and friendly service. Great alternative to the fast food places.

What a nice surprise with vegan options and fresh fish and chips! Prices are decent and my only suggestion would be to have homemade nan bread as it's so much better than prepurchased. Quick service and great choices.

Okay this was my favourite meal during the whole trip. Really authentic Indian food really in a place where you don't expect authentic Indian food. The place isn't much to look at. It reminds me of a truck stop with a few Indian tourist stuff put in for good measure, but it was clean. Our server was friendly and prompt. We ordered a few things - prawn masala, machee bhoon, palak paneer, butter chicken, rice and naan. And for our little a big plate of fries. Her fries came first, which was appreciated and she gobbled up the whole plate. Our food came and it was excellent. All the dishes

If you enjoy Indian cuisine then its worth the drive to Rosetown from anywhere in the province in my humble opinion. Top dish recommendations are the butter chicken or the Vindaloo chicken with medium heat. If you go with the Vindaloo hot you will likely have to sign a waiver and consult your life insurance company😅. I regret not taking a picture, but I can tell you it looked as good as it tasted! Thank you Highway Host👏 see you again in March🍽

The tastiest, and most authentic Indian food this side of Saskatoon! The Chicken Tikka is bang'in, the Vindaloo is popp'in, the Pakora appetizer is savory and this little lentil flour cake ballz with clove and honey syrup for dessert is definitely delicious! They prepare steel head trout as a regular special and it is cooked to perfection! Seasoned right, totally hot and flaky, not overcooked and dry! Hats off to the chef, and the service is friendly and sincere 👍 Great place to visit for sure.... I would recommend! Ck out this photo of the dessert....

It was "okay".

We stopped here for lunch one day and shared an Indian meal.

We had:
- Pakora (fried vegetable appetizer)
- Greek Salad
- Butter Chicken
- Basmati Rice
- Naan Bread

We'd never had Pakors before so that was interesting to try. It was decent and had a fragrant smell and flavor to it.

The Greek Salad was fairly basic yet decent. Unsure what the dressing was but we used it.

The Butter Chicken was decent, albeit average in our experience.

- The Basmati Rice was good

- The Naan Bread was pre-packaged, so "just ok"

The server was pleasant and helpful.

Authentic Indian food! Visiting from Denver & looking for a late supper (8:00pm). So happy with our tasty, spicy meal. Vindaloo, butter chicken, aloo gobi & some other lamb dish that was excellent. We'd come back for sure.
