This place gets a bad rap. And honestly, the customer service can be questionable. However, anytime I have ordered, I’ve gotten great food. And I’m quite picky when it comes to food taste and quality. Donairs, pizza are good. The lasagna, I ordered on a whim. Was actually delicious….Favourite is coliseum steak and pizza. But this lasagna was actually amazing. Lots of cheese and flavour. Shockingly delighted.

Such a terrible experience. I ordered two cheese donairs with extra cheese from here last night for my boyfriend and I well before it was close to closing.. and our donairs had NO cheese, and the lettuce on both were browning and wilting.. I tried to call to fix the issue and It rang through twice.. Really disappointing food. Really disappointing service :(

The only reason i am giving them one star is because its the only way i can leave my experience and review. I was charged $60 for poutine salad and 2 donairs,in which they forgot the sauce for the donairs. Once i notified them,i waited over an hour and still they hadent delivered the sauce for the donairs i had already paid for. I called them back to see why the long wait,i was hung up on. I called back and they said"the delivery driver isnt there yet?" I just wasnt a priority because i had paid already. This is how i was treated on Christmas day, paying $60 for cold and tasteless donairs. The

The best pizza location in Edmonton. Have been ordering from here for years and the quality has never changed. I agree with others the staff don't speak good English and rush you over the phone, but I've come to expect it. I don't care how the place looks or the staff talks, it's the charm that comes with the best pizza in Edmonton. Don't ever change a thing.

Please, please don't order from here! I'm hoping me and my family won't get any food poisoning. Guy on the phone rushes you to order, and the pricing is all mixed up. Showed up and then only mentioned they were out of some items, so just made the pizza without it. Order 2 large pizzas and got 2 smalls.

If I could give a 0 star I would.. we ordered 4 tbones none of them were medium rare we were told 45 minutes, it turned into an hour and a half because it needed to cook.. 129 bucks for them to not be able to put the orders together properly. Definitely won't be eating there anymore, going to tell all my friends and family not to order either, joke of a company.

I am a donair addicted and I know what a good donair is. I have ordered donair poutine from this place multiple times hoping that it’d get better but it didn’t. This time I got my donair burnt, like literally charred. The gravy was too salty and the ratio between fries and meet and gravy was not even at all. There was not a lot of fries and the gravy was salty. Last but not least the sweat sauce literally tasted like ranch. Most disgusting donair I’ve ever tasted and reading some of these reviews a lot of people agree with me.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife ordered a regular do sir and a bottle of pop, according to the website its 7.99 plus 3.99 for pop. The driver tried to charge me $25 said that's the minimum. No mention on website or when ordering. These guys hurt the reputation of respected businesses in our city. Save your money and eat anything else. Horrible service and a mouthy manager

If you want disgusting food that is way overpriced come here and spend your hard earned cash. Otherwise stay away from this joke of a pizza spot. I was sick within 30minutes of eating 2 slices of pizza and some French fries. More like two slices of melted cheese on top of soggy raw dough with rock hard pepperoni and soggy cold fries. Horrible just horrible.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam. Offer two for 1 pizzas but the mediums are a small. When I called to complain about the size and how they gave me the wrong pizza the guy argued back with me and hung up. Horrible customer service and scam. I will attached the real size of their medium pizza compared to pizza 73 medium pizza

This is the most horrific place ever. My boyfriend and I have food poisoning so bad. Last night we ordered our pizza was 80 dollars and after an hour we both started throwing up and pooping orange water from 2 am until 9 am. We told our hotel that their flyer was put under our hotel room door so we ordered some pizza when we got back. They front desk of or hotel said they are banned from their hotel , and that 8 different hotels have sued colombus pizza. And over 15 customers have sued. What they do is change their name every time that happens and reopens. I told several friends that we ordered

I had left my room a few times and each time I returned there seemed to be another piece of paper for some pizza place forcefully inserted under the door. Four in total, though two were from the same place. I compared prices and Columbus seemed (just barely) like it was the least expensive.
What I had failed to realize is that the price on the flyer is completely inconsistent with the price upon food arrival. There was, approximately, a ten dollar difference.

We ordered a medium pepperoni, a regular donair and a poutine at 2 am. They included wings free of charge and to top it off everything was delicious and fast. The man who answered the phone was so kind and everything arrived within an hour of phoning. We will definitely be ordering from here again :)

I really like the food at Columbus. The West End location is AMAZING!! Lately I've been ordering from Millwoods so I'm getting food from a different location I presume based on the food itself.
We ordered pizza from here on the weekend and when we got it (after about 45 minutes) the dough was completely raw in the middle. The bottom was cooked but the middle was mushy, raw dough.
Why is it that pizza joints can't seem to cook their pizzas any more?! More and more I find that I have to cook the pizza at home after its delivered. This is your specialty, can't you get it right

It's kind of strange giving Columbus Pizza & Donair 2 stars rather than 1, considering just how bad the service here is. But it's also strange that I am giving it such a bad score considering that I have gone there dozens and dozens of times over the years! But when you consider that it was due simply to location and convenience, it might not seem as crazy.
The donairs (including donair subs) are pretty good (love the sauce!), the pizza is good if you're drunk and starving, but the service is just plain bad.
I've been going here for years--again, for convenience reasons
