I visited Legacy Clinic on October 21, 2021 for a same day appointment after calling in the morning.
I saw Dr. McKay after I sprained my ankle while indoor rock climbing the previous day. The clinic was efficient and they took me right on time. I first met with Steph, an athletic therapist, who did an assessment of my range of motion and sent me for X-rays, which can be done right in the clinic. The doctor then went over the X-rays with me and helped to ease my worries. He examined my ankle as well and confirmed that it was sprained. He gave me advice for home care, answered my questions and wrote

I rolled my ankle recently and was referred to Legacy by a nurse practitioner. I was able to see them the next day. Dr Baydock looked after me and I was x-rayed, fitted with crutches and an air cast. All this was done in about an hour and a half. Superb care! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks to all the staff.

I have been dealing with the folks at Legacy for longer than I care to really remember, mainly as it reminds me that I am not getting any younger... :-)
In all those years the ladies up front have always been great. I know they have days when they are extremely busy, especially now with COVID-19, I bet their workload has only increased, yet they are always personable and professional.
Likewise, Dr. Craton, who I have been seeing since before Legacy was even in existence, has always and I mean ALWAYS, been amazing. He is the kind of doctor that you want in your corner. I may not always like what

Everyone in this town likes to say that they go to Pan Am clinic. But I just had a personal experience at Legacy that was 10 times better than anything at Pan Am. We got an appointment for a 92 year old woman that we care for within 2 weeks. When we arrived Dr Mancini was right on time. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable! He saw us again within minutes of the x-ray being available - and then took us through the diagnosis, treatment plan and handed us a prescription for the appropriate knee brace that we filled immediately next door at Performance Healthcare. All and all - a wonderful

I have heard nothing but positive feedback regarding the doctors working at this clinic. However when I called reception to look into booking an appointment as soon as I was able for an increasingly pressing issue that required more specialized care than an emergency room I was met with a snarky "if its that bad shouldn't you take him to the hospital?" And was unsympathetically told that there was nothing that could be done. I hung up the phone feeling stupid for even trying to inquire into making an appointment. Not an experience I would repeat or recommend.
