Lee and Kevin run a first class tire and auto service. They have been looking after my parents for the past 25 years and always put their customers' interests first. They are incredibly thorough with their assessments and communicating the reasons for the work required, giving options that help to reduce the cost. Most recently, they helped me get my mothers car ready for sale. My Mom is turning 89 and decided to give up driving, a very difficult decision. This could be a comedy skit (Last 4 times I picked up my car it cost me extra money) - 1st time I brought the car in for an issue I got the car back but the key fobs wouldn't work. You'd think that when the mechanic had to open the door manually with the key they would have not called me to pick up the car until it was fixed. I more recently brought the car in to put the bumper back on and they suggested fixing the radiator while it was off as it would save on labour. Well that was a mistake. I got the car back and the power steering line needed to be replaced. I was told that they would replace

My car warning lights recently indicated low tire pressure on the rear driver's side. As both mine and my wife's vehicles are serviced by OK Tire in Thornbury this was where I instinctively headed. I was seen promptly and the service was professional and cordial. I was presented with the source of my problem - a nail. Overall I would say OK Tire provides the best service in the Georgian Triangle area.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone at OK Tire near Thornbury ON, especially Ken Brewer! Our weekend get away from Toronto would have been ruined without them. Our car brokedown just as we were arriving in Thornbury - we pulled in to OK Tire and they loaned us a car for the weekend, ordering in the parts and fixed it by Monday afternoon! Without their generosity - we would have been stuck on the side of the road or with a huge car rental bill as no local places had anything available. Professional and caring and to top it off, the price came in almost 200.00 under the quote!

My wife went in to get her winter tire on and I guess we didn’t put the right lug nuts in the truck again, we had this issue last year and we are sorry for mishap. This still doesn’t excuse what transpired next. They had the lock but key so they could of easily offered to charge us for a new set of lug nuts but instead they proceed to tell my wife this isn’t the first time she has wasted their time and told her she had to take all the tires with her and leave! We live 10 minutes away btw. They said they had no room for the tires well if that’s the case where were they going to put the summer

Make sure you specify exactly what you want done here. I went in for an oil change and asked the girl at the front desk if the mechanics had any suggestions for why my car was shaking and she said he'd take a look. I was expecting a 30-45 min wait for my oil change and return to find out they were taking the tires off and balancing them without even asking me. In the end it took an hour 20 mins and I ended up being late for work as well as being charged an extra 80$ for a job that didn't even fix the issue. Not very professional in my opinion.
