After taking a $3,000.00 deposit and arranging a time and date for installation, no one showed up and no one called. Indeed, two whole days later still no one from Truetone has contacted me. They appear hopelessly disorganized and cost me a half day's wages for the time I took off for the appointment.

Purchased a Rotel amplifier from these guys. Very pleased with the unit and service. Also purchased a used subwoofer from a garage sale and of course had issues with it. Was not working properly with the new amp. Contacted Robert at Trutone and he suggested I bring it all into him to check it out. Robert and the guys went way out of their way to determine what the issue was. As i had suspected all along the issue was with the garage sale sub. I have been going to Trutone now for over 9 years. I had excellent service from Jeff L in the selection of my new television. Last week I had a new 75” 4K installed and moved my old 60” plasma into another room. The installers were extremely professional and had all the tools necessary to complete a perfect installation.
I highly recommend going to an independent store owner for high end electronics. They know the products they stock and will give you an honest and knowledgeable answer guiding you to what you’re looking for.

I bought an audio system from Trutone Electronics early on in the Covid shut-down (late April, 2020). Will took the time to really listen to me and make sure the system I got was just right. After I bought it—I know this is backwards but this is how much I trusted him—I checked the reviews for all of the components. They all had stellar ratings. I ended up getting a system which performance, by all reviews, far exceeded the budget I had available. I was and am still delighted. I wouldn't recommend Trutone for online ordering. I had placed an online order - fully paid for. After not hearing anything about it being shipped, I emailed them 2 weeks after the order was placed and did not receive a response. I then phoned only to find out the product was back-ordered and they had no knowledge of when they would receive it. They then promptly refunded my money.
I could have been waiting for that order for a very long time if I hadn't phoned them.
It may be a great store in person, but their customer support for online orders was nonexistent in my case.

I purchased the Seura TV Mirror (and two matching mirrors) for our master ensuite bathroom from Trutone. I can't begin to express my overwhelming appreciation for the service level delivered from Robert Hoinkes who went to the moon and back for us in planning out this amazing project. Robert coordinated everything from initial consultation, supplier ordering, site visit and final installation. The installers Ronel and Blair made on site recommendations, and completed the job to perfection (including a spot less clean up). Will was very patient and helpful with my partner and I. We'd done some homework on what we thought we wanted in a TV and we had a price point in mind. We wanted a TV we'd enjoy for 10 years. Will showed us a number of models and patiently explained the various features, answering all of our questions. The TV we liked best was more than we were hoping to pay. Will mentioned he could help a bit more on current sale price. We went down the street thinking wed find better prices and selections but concluded that Trutone Electronics product and price were best. We are very happy with our new Samsung

Came here to get some assistance getting my wireless configured house to allow me to rejuvenate my old vinyl collection. Robert was extremely helpful and over 2 visits gave great advice and even a few discounts I was not expecting! Now my 70's and 80's vinyl is streaming throughout my house and it sounds amazing. Terrific customer service from knowledgeable staff. Big box cannot beat this service.
