Couple of years ago I went to see Mark Rykiss who did not spend enough time at my initial consultation or discuss with me about the next steps. After a few months I mention to him and Barb that I am not happy with then results and he and his wife Barb told me to get profession help and see a therapist for that! Luckily I found another dentist (a great one!) on time. Please find another dentist if you can.

I had a disappointing experience at Rykiss Orthodontics and would not recommend the clinic to anyone. In the 1.5 years of going to Rykiss, I was never seen on time, usually 15 – 30 minutes late. The clinic uses a conveyor belt approach where patients all sit in large room where dental assistants do all orthodontics work and the actual orthodontist (Dr Jared Rykiss) only sees patients for a minute at a time. This is a very impersonal approach and I felt the orthodontist was not invested in my case, and the progress of the treatment wasn’t thoroughly monitored. When I did get a chance to speak

One I went to my very first appt I am so impressed of how they take care of me and explain ang everything very thoroughly 😊 The one that help me her name is ALEX and she is really nice. She even ask me if I wanted some water, coffee or tea. Really love this dental clinic ♥️ Alex, if you are reading this. THANKS AGAIN 😁

I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone. I completely agree with Jane Doe who posted a one start review earlier. I had my treatment with them for couple of years. My treatment went well at the beginning but then when I finished all my monthly payments doctor started to not pay attention to my options anymore, I felt like them tried to get rid of me because they were not making any money out of my treatment anymore. Both doctors started to tell me that little imperfection is fine. You would think all doctors especially orthodontists would have OCD, they want their patients’ teeth to be perfect

We've only had our first consultation appointment so far but they really made an effort to make us feel at ease. My son was very comfortable with everything after their thorough explanations of the process. He's actually looking forward to getting on with it now. We're fully expecting the rest of our service to be as smooth and painless as they can make it.

This was my first experience with Rykiss Orthodontics and I must say they have exceeded my expectations! Took my nervous teen in for an initial consultation and By the end of the visit she was already on her way to straighter teeth ;) from making the initial appointment over the phone to the professional and courteous front desk staff that greeted us , to sitting with Barb and Dr. Rykiss who was more than willing to answer all our questions and concerns as well as explain our daughters case in great detail. Everyone we encountered were very kind and made my daughter feel so relaxed and excited

After receiving a glowing recommendation from trusted friends, we had our first visit to see Dr Mark and his lovely and knowledgeable assistant Barbara. What a dynamic duo - they are professional, kind, personable and explain things excellently to the patient (child ) and to the parent. Even my young sons commented on what a great experience it was. We feel very confident in our decision to choose Dr Rykiss and are thankful we were referred to him.
