Bought a car last summer and that never gave me an issue. They gave me 6-month free maintenance and been there for 2 oil changes never paid a penny... before I went to Royal Fine Motors I visit another 3 dealers, these guys were the best. Very honest, and they got me an awesome deal I'm very happy. I recommend these guys to anyone who's looking for a used car at a good deal.

I have a great experience with these people. I left a deposit to Royal Fine Motors but for some personal reasons, I couldn't buy the car at that moment. Omar refunds me the full deposit. After six months I again go to Royal Fine Motors and they were very friendly and polite. They treat me very well. Then I bought my wonderful car from them. Thank you so many guys, you did a great job.

Omar was incredibly helpful, and had all the answers I needed. I was a little hesitant, I felt that the deal was too good to be true, but it wasn't. Buyers beware. What a cheat.. Advertised a car stating clean and dealership certified. When we went to the site it had 2 accident claims. Then he charged us $499 for cleaning and certification and winter tires. After we paid him 2000 deposit and had a bill of sale, he called us to say we need to pay $1000 more. Don't believe the soft speaking thief. He threatened to sue if we don't buy the car and refused to return the deposit. After haggling for a week the car was delivered dirty inside out and no winter tires as promised. This has been the worst experience of purchase by us. Anything

Stay far away from this place. I found a car online and called the business (Omar) to confirm the posted details were accurate as we had to drive 2 hours to look at the car. He told me that the car was from "Honda Canada" and had a clear car report. Turns out the car was involved in at least 3 major collisions and 1 complete write off. It was not from "Honda Canada" after all and was from some collision shop. Thank goodness for the mandatory car reports. Got a great vehicle - but also got BROKEN PROMISES, MISREPRESENTATION and OUTRIGHT LIES - be careful dealing with these guys!!!!
So, back in July, I spotted an ad for a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 114,000 km on it, and a manual transmission, which was perfect for me. Contacted Omar at Royal Fine and received a reply confirming the vehicle was available. He replied back promptly that it was, and described it as a one-owner, accident-free car. Later, in the process of doing the financing, the CarFax report confirmed that the vehicle HAD INDEED BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, AND HAD HAD MORE THAN ONE OWNER
