Westbrook Consulting Ltd. has experienced and skilled design staff and engineers that provide land development and municipal infrastructure engineering design and construction services. Westbrook Consulting communicates our design to clients, municipalities and contractors through a combination of design drawings, formal calculations and written reports.
Westbrook Consulting Ltd. routinely acts as the prime consultant and project manager for various land development and municipal infrastructure projects. Liaising with clients, sub-consultants, utilities, contractors, municipal staff, and other approval authorities. Identifying and assigning the appropriate resources to the corresponding portions of the project.
Westbrook Consulting Ltd. is a full service engineering firm with two survey crews to allow for work to be completed from initial topographic survey through design to final construction layout and as constructed survey. Prior to the start of design; Westbrook will carry out a topographic survey of the existing infrastructure and/or surface features of the land within the project area.
Westbrook Consulting Ltd. typically provides construction review services for the construction of the civil works we design. Final sign off and certification that the constructed works have met the requirements of the project. The Construction Services phase requires Westbrook to liaise closely with the civil contractor, owner, utilities, and the local governing authority to ensure the construction process proceeds effectively.
Westbrook Consulting is able to provide rezoning services for a variety of land development projects throughout the south island. Performing a review of the site in the context of the surrounding neighbourhood and Official Community Plan, as well as other governing regulations. Identification of a proposed zone or preparation of a comprehensive development zoning plan.
