The downstairs suites are noisy either because of the noise of running water or people walking overhead on the upper floor. The heating/air conditioning did not seem to work properly. However, it is probably the best of the bunch in this price bracket in Waterton

Worst hotel ever. Do not recommend. We booked a hotel room through Expedia and upon arrival were informed that they oversold their hotel and had no room for us. Given it is the long weekend, all of Waterton was sold out, so we had no choice but to break the news to our 4 kids and drive all the way home. No apology, no offer of compensation. I do not recommend at all.

Friendly / accommodating staff, great location and nice room. The bathroom layout left a little to be desired, but other than that everything was fantastic. Will definitely be back in the near future!

Very nice here. Only bad thing is the bathroom isnt completely blocked from the rest of the room so you can hear and smell whats going on in there even if the fan is running. Seeing the deer all over is nice. Will be back .

Great place to stay. Clean, roomy just need to bring food in the winter as the town is pretty much shut down. The microwave and fridge very handy. Friendly staff.

I brought my wife here for her birthday. Super friendly staff. Cozy hotel and just really quiet and peaceful. They even provided free movies and DVDs which we really enjoyed. Romantic room, fireplace, Jacuzzi and a private balcony. What else you need for a romantic trip? We had the best time and will be back for our anniversary.
