A one star rating is too high of a rating for this builder. Rude to his costumers and trades, tries to change product to cheaper stuff, his sub contractors quit before the jobs are completed...why? Doesn’t listen to complaints, does what he wants not what the contract says! Shady builder...gotta watch him
