Paid these guys to Install a heatpump in my top floor . they did and installed the outside unit on my 8x8 deck which was atrocious and took up all my space . when I seen they were doing that I told them I dint… want the deck space wasted they hummed and hummed over a solution and ended up attacking it to the outside of the deck on the railing /deck base .... the unit vibrates the deck so much and it's bending my railing in the deck.... I called over and over with no avail over the corse of a month they basically want to stick with it was my idea to put it there ..... when you hire professionals

I called Thomas Edison Electric in Summerside to have my heat pump cleaned. The technician named Eric did an excellent job & was very professional. He was also very knowledgeable. I had another little a problem with a part that may not be working properly & Eric came back again. Once again Eric was equally as professional. Right from the phone call to the office to the service in home. Very professional & friendly!
