Grant Robertson started Legacy Homes back in 1991. A graduate in 1974 from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Commerce, with majors in both Finance and Marketing, led Grant to secure employment with Cairns Homes, the largest home builder and land developer at that time. By 1976, Grant took over Cairns housing operations in the Saskatoon area.

Services
Preliminary drawings begin once a lot is chosen, and deposit placed. The initial floorplan is developed through consultation with the client, Legacy and the designer. Once presented the initial plan undergoes further modification until it fully satisfies the clients needs. We are now ready to proceed to pricing.

We built our fist home with Legacy in 2008… and could not have been more pleased! The customization, relationship with their team and their sub-trades was second to none. Eye for detail, cleanliness, prompt service and everything done the right way met our expectations and then some. We loved our house!… so much so that when we decided to move in… 2017 into an older area of the city and a gated community, we would not have considered calling anyone but Grant and his team to totally remodel our next home. And once again… we were not disappointed. 💖. We would recommend

We used Legacy Homes to build our house in 2020 and were thoroughly impressed. From acquiring a lot for us that was not openly available, Ford working through the design process as we made numerous adjustments to get the house exactly the way we wanted it, Clarke having to deal with an extremely particular father-in-law, and Lee painlessly working… through all the home touch ups once it was finished. The legacy team was extremely accessible and would drive to meet you at a moments notice.. dropping new home plans off at my office and home, bringing over samples and responding to our texts

Our experience with Legacy homes was very positive. Having never had a home built before, we weren't sure what to expect, but Grant was highly recommended to us by a family member. From our first meeting with Grant and Ford, through all of our supplier and subcontractor meetings, the process was smooth and uneventful.
