My son loves this daycare and we feel great leaving him in their care everyday! They are prompt with returning emails and calls and their staff is friendly and helpful. When our second son is born in the fall, we'll be adding another member to the Kristopher Robyn family! Thank you for all that you do to help my son grow and learn and HAVE FUN.

Such a horrible, unprofessional Daycare, some of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, while others seem as if they don't know what it is they're doing, not to mention how outdated it is. The so called director just sits in the office all day, playing on her phone. While the assistant director seems to be the one running the place. Toddler room staff, can't seem to manage the children, and there was a few times I caught one of the staff on her phone, and seemed to be taking photos or videos of children, with her personal cell phone. Oh Man, was so stressed out about who would be suitable to look after my kids....
Found Kristopher Robyn’s and I couldn’t be happier....that was my biggest stressor and with Kristopher Robyn’s I don’t even worry.....I know they are looking out for the best interest of the Children.

I was super nervous to go back to work and leave my kids. I toured a lot of different centers before finally making my decision. I went with Kristopher Robyn's because they answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and the staff was very professional. I have and will continue to highly recommend this center to everyone I know.

I wish if I have the possibility to rate this place with (-5 Stars). Unsafe place to leave you kids in, my both kids got injured while staff didn't show any sense of care, and if you try to investigate and ask about the incident, they simply tell you " if you don't want your kid to be injured; leave him at home" …. absolutely unprofessional staff; they always argue when you see something wrong. In addition, one if my kids always come home sick due to the toddlers room temperature is always either very high or low, while the kids have to stay with very less clothes on (one layer). We've had a really good experience with Kristopher Robyn's child care. Both of our children really enjoy going there and have formed special bonds with the staff. They've done an excellent job operating the centre during the COVID pandemic. I really appreciate how quick they have been to offer credit and refunds when the daycare has been forced to shut down. I've heard that wasn't always the case with a lot of other childcare centres. It's very stressful to lose your childcare unexpectedly, but it sure helps to make other arrangements when you get your money back quickly.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Center! The director and assistant director made the registration process effortless. I visited a number of centres before doing a tour here and I have to say the staff interaction with the children was amazing. Immediately I knew that this is where I want my kids to go and I’ve never regretted my decision!!

There is no need to call and discuss with you as my child is no longer in care at this establishment. I would give this place a -100 if I could. While my child was in care, they were attacked multiple times by another child. My child liked to explore and staff figured that not having doors shut where appropriate was solution to this instead of doing what common sense would suggest. Some of the staff was amazing but it's pretty far and few between, most just don't care.
