Been going there forever, used to love the place. Took our VW Tiguan in to change over the winter/summer rims. Brian (should know better) totally wrecked one of the threads in the the drum. The lugs go into the drum on VW's as opposed to the lugs "sticking" out of the drum.
I asked them why they didnt use a VW rim guide which allows you to line up the rim with the drum so as not to allow what happened, happen.

First time customer to Mountain Tire. Went there looking to replace my tires with a comparable set at a reasonable price. I was under a bit of a time crunch so I needed a quick turnaround.
I must say the staff and service .was exceptional. Tires I wanted were not in stock so they were ordered in for next day. Went in on my day off , tires were there as promised and they had all 4 changed and balanced in less than 20 minutes.
All staff were polite and responsive and each one thanked me for the business.
Well done and I’ll be a return customer. 👍👍

I've been dealing with Brian For 21 years now (since I started driving). Even though I left the city in 2012, When I'm in town visiting family, I would still Bring my vehicles/ tires for Servicing here and always Recommend this shop for new or used tires to family and friends.

Stopped in to get a quote on all weather tires after 2 other places wanted to charge me over inflated prices, and I am so happy I did. Got great all weather tires at a really good price. The service was excellent and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. I wasn't sold extras I didn't need, and I was in and out within half hour. would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tires and service.

"Top notch" service. Chaps were very fast, knowledgeable and professional. Facilities were also very clean and organised.
I appreciate that wait times may vary according to seasons and times of day, but I was in an out within 30 mins. after they balanced, rotated all tires and replaced a leaky TPM sensor in one of the Tires and all at an affordable price.
"A Formula 1 Pit Stop crew is what comes to mind when referring to the superb service I received".
Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Mountain Tires for all your Tire needs.

Super unimpressed. I kindly asked the mechanic to ensure that masks were worn inside my car. After fixing my tire, the mechanic said he wasn’t able to put the spare back on (underneath the car) as he couldn’t come in my car without a mask on. He handed me a tire iron and offered me a few moments in the bay to put it on myself before I left.
I’m disheartened to see businesses that won’t take measures to protect the health of their customers, much less provide proper customer service.

After taking my wheel to 3 other dealers who were not able to repair a leaking rim, I tried Mountain Tire as a last try and miraculosly, to me, not to them, they actually were successful, and after about a month in use now, in arresting the slow leak around the rim and tire. Kudos to them and the very polite fellow who helped us out. I give them a 5 star rating in ability, price, and treatment of the customer. No wonder I saw an award in the service area of achieving recognition from the community. Keep up the good work. I expect that I will be back.
