Will was an absolute pleasure to work with. Will was very flexible and communicative with us during the pandemic providing ample assurance that he will work with us should there be pandemic related changes to our plans. He put together a space to fit our vision as we desired, and made wonderful (and practical) suggestions to make a magical experience for our guests. If Will did not have a certain decor item in stock, he went out of his way to find ways to make it a happen or make suggestions for alternatives. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for event decor and lux furnishings.

Planning a wedding during Covid-19 was nothing short of stressful. Finding “The Ultimate Wedding Project” was a life saver. I was able to bring my dream to life and the rental process was simple, and stress free. Email correspondence was prompt and all of my questions were answered! I would highly recommend using THE ULTIMATE WEDDING PROJECT. All the items I needed to rent were at a great price and were beautiful accents to my daughter's wedding. Will, the owner, was so awesome to deal with and so kind and accommodating. I had to make a few changes and substitutions and that was so easy to do. I rented two easels from The Ultimate Wedding Project for my wedding in June 2019. It was about a week until my wedding and I had hastily rented easels for my seating charts from another company and but was really unhappy with them since they looked like basic boardroom easels.
