The move was fantastic. Guys were very helpful and professional.
They were very helpful with suggestions and packed the kitchen with great care. Every thing arrived in one piece, nothing was broken.
The guys worked well as a team and I couldn't of asked for more.

All in all an excellent move. From arranging the quote, being informed with helpful packing and moving tips, a wonderful experience with all staff especially the hard working moving staff we could not have chosen better. Our move was from Cambridge to North Bay.

We used Swan Mover for our move and they are amazing! The crew was so friendly and they were hard workers. They took good care of all our furniture and used runners all over the house! Their pricing is good and they are very honest! If I ever have to move again (which I really hope I don’t) I wouldn’t think twice to use this company again!

Very happy to have had Swan to move my furniture last weekend. Booking the job was easy and with very friendly staff. Received a call the morning before to confirm the time and the team arrived with the truck right on schedule! The guys put a great deal of care into moving everything, particularly some glass display cases I had, and they were super personable and professional. Overall I am really happy with my experience and am happy to recommend others to choose Swan for your next move.

This is the 4th time I have used Swan. The first 3 times were terrific.. this last move was "a move from hell".. COVID-19 and one worker was not wearing a mask! We were given a warning at the building we moved out of and again the building we moved into... the workers were pokey and slow.. if there was a worker on the crew that ONLY specialized in dismantling beds it would have gone a lot faster.. unbelievable how unhappy we were this time.. different crew different result.. paperwork guy only interested in a tip.. my husband did more work than the 3 assigned to our move.

I've used Swan Movers for two small moves and was totally satisfied both times. They were on time, friendly, professional, and careful with our things. They had to take a door off in order to get the couch in the house, and they did it smoothly and replaced everything exactly the way it was. One nice thing is they only have a 2-hour minimum charge, so it was great since we only needed a few things moved. (Other companies had much higher minimums). There was no extra charge for the piano even though they had to go down stairs with it.

BUYER BEWARE****
We were over charged by $300 and the job was not done. We made a deal for $1050 + 10% (if the job went over time) +HST. That should have been Approx $1300. That was a firm deal in writing.
We were given a bill for nearly $1650 and they cited having to wait extra time (which we negotiated) and they didn't put the second bed together or have to move many items.
I had to argue just to get the price back down to the agreed upon deal.
THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

The owner of this company was very rude and the price charged was higher than quoted. The movers themselves were slow and pokey. I would definitely not recommend. There are better movers in the area.
After leaving my review, I was contacted by the owner 1 year later. As you can see below, still no apology and now trying to buy a positive review.
