Steinbach Trailers & RV started in 2011 to fill the need of a premium trailer line in Manitoba at a value conscious price and in 2017 we added the complete line of Cherokee Camper, Fifth Wheels and Toy Haulers! I absolutely love the SURETRAC which i purchased approximately 3 years ago from these folks. Still looks and works as well as the day I purchased it. Well built product that boasts galvanized protection making a rust free trailer for years. The staff are great to deal with and very helpful! Keep up the good work guys!

Bought our trailer from Steinbach. Is a great place to deal until you have problems.... And we are 2000 kms away so I guess "out of sight, out of mind" Have never received a call back about warranty work (even after numerous calls and emails to them) and unfortunately there's more than 1 warranty problem. We did leave a message with the receptionist who said she would get the manager/owner to call us - STILL WAITING..............

I have purchased, serviced and safeties all my trailers through Steinbach trailers. Their care to details and outstanding service is exceptional. Bought our first camper here last month, all of the staff were more than willing to bend over backwards to accommodate us in every way we could possibly need! Our salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable, the gentleman in the business office had our best interests as a priority and the owner was willing to make sure it all happened. These guys are awesome, highly recommend.

Had some issues that really concerned me about the level of customer service this place is willing to offer.
Unfortunately it took some time but issues were resolved fairly well. Richard did make contact and took care of the situation. Realistically it shouldn't have gotten to the point where an owner/partner had to get involved in day to day operations. But he did and I cant argue that he didn't take care of us and the trailer so that was appreciated. On the right track. Hopefully their staffing can adapt the the culture Richard seems to want to implement.
