RP Photography has been operating in Toronto for over 5 years. We shoot in studio at 9 Davies Ave. in Toronto, but you will find us on-site at your event at your location as well. We travel throughout Canada, but 90% of the time we are in South Western Ontario. RP Photography specializes in headshots and portrait photography for corporate, business, social media, acting, fashion, modelling portfolio and family photography.
Although portrait photography is our main style of shooting, we apply this to many different genres, including glamour photography, boudoir photography, artistic and artistic nude photography. Our clients consist of business, family, actors, models who use our photographers to produce beautiful portfolios or head shots for social media, catalogs for products, art for the home and office.

Services
Ron is a self taught portrait photographer with over 15 years experience. Starting with film as a teenager and developing his own black and white film, he has shot fashion, editorial, portrait and artistic nudes and boudoir. Switching to digital 5 years ago, he developed a real passion for portrait photography and shooting passionate artistic portraits.
These can be in several different genres, such as Glamour, Boudoir, Artistic, Nude. We are often hired for Anniversaries, Weddings, but shoot to the portrait portion of the events. We feel that to excel in a few disciplines is better than spreading out. These 4 disciplines and the study of them are portable to any other style of shooting.
Portrait Photography has several different Genres. I concentrate on three types, Business Portraits, Personal Portraits and Boudoir Portraits. Have a look below and see what we mean. In today's business world, a picture is worth a thousand words. Trust, professionalism and confidence need to be expressed on your first contact and your image is quite often, your first contact.
Realtor Headshots are not a lot different from any other head shots. However, no other group of professionals depend on great head shots ( and portraits ) and integrate a personal photograph into their marketing program as do real estate agents. Let me explain! What is the difference between photography workshops and a photography class? Well, not a great deal, really. The classes tend to add more theory behind the principle of the lesson being taught, while the photography workshop is more hands-on. Both classes and lessons have elements of theory and practical, the photography workshop leaning more to practical.

RP Photography is a diamond in the rough. My photo shoot was about $60. I had my doubts because it was so inexpensive. I paid 4x that much for very disappointing professional photos. This was a completely different experience.
My criticism about other photography studios was I looked too bloated. Somehow the lighting and/or lens really made me look much heavier than my selfies. I also didn’t feel comfortable with the other photographers which made me come across as timid in my photos. Ron took the time to listen to my concerns.

Ron! Where do I start? What an amazing photographer to work with! I responded to an ad on Model Mayhem a few months back and he was 110% flexible and made me feel comfortable and we’ve had so much fun on recent sets the work is living proof of that! He has made amazing accommodations to ensure the quality of the photoshoot goes seamlessly! Would always send a referral for workshops, private contacts and creative endeavours!

I had the pleasure of working with Ron for the second time over the weekend and it was such an amazing experience. Not only did I get over 500 images to choose from.. he took the time to teach my younger cousin who's getting into photography about lighting, certain camera settings and how to position the subject to name a few.. She left the shoot with a wealth of knowledge. This is how awesome Ron is, he goes above and beyond. My models were extremely comfortable and my product shots are perfect. Don't even think twice... book this guy - hes the best.
