Our focus is helping the communities of the South Shore families achieve optimal health without dangerous drugs and surgeries. I have 3 children who have grown up with chiropractic as their primary, and so far only, form of healthcare. They are flourishing and they have never had a pill, potion, or lotion in their body.

Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care.
We offer our paperwork on line so you can complete it in the convenience of your own home. This lets us know what's happened, but perhaps more important, where do you want to take your health? We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
At New Freedom Chiropractic we are thrilled for Chiropractors with Compassion because we are committed to transforming families' lives both here in Ottawa and around the world. As partners with Compassion Canada, we are raising money to release children around the world from poverty. Our office donates $20 from every new patient examination fee to fund child-centered projects in many countries around the world.
I have known since the age of 12 that I wanted to be a chiropractor. The reasons for becoming a chiropractor have grown over the years, but in our sick and suffering world, I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people heal naturally and live a better life without drugs and surgery. My mother took me to a chiropractor for the first time when I was eight years old.
