Joined by her 2 daughters, they have devoted themselves to providing reliable, consistent and Eco-friendly services, that allow them to take exceptional care of their clients and the environment.

We got our rugs cleaned and the outcome is wonderful. The people that came were very friendly, quiet, great workers and they cleaned up so you wouldn't know they were here when they left. To whom it may concern, I wanted to let you know that yesterday I had my basement carpet cleaned. Your staff are exceptional. They were fast, efficient and very professional. What a shock it was to see the carpet looking as clean as the day we bought it! We have had it cleaned by other companies and we've tried cleaning it ourselves but it has never looked this good in all the years we've owned it (and that's quite a few).

I used Core Cleaning for their awesome duct cleaning services after moving in to my new build, I had thought that being so new it had already been cleaned properly. We began our relationship with this company 1999 when it was Empress Carpet Cleaning. We've used them for carpet & area rug cleaning, duct cleaning and for gutter cleaning. They've done final & first cleans several times for us when we've moved. We've always loved how quickly our carpets dry due to the powerful extraction equipment they use compared to other steam Cleaning companies we had used before. We keep coming back because we know we can trust them to do a great job and if there's any issues, the owner, Karen, will make sure it gets fixed asap.

Stephanie and her team helped us get our new home ready for move-in. They were extremely professional, and detail oriented. They did a quick tour of the house to identify what can be done in the time-frame booked and delivered exactly on what we agreed on. They have a slightly larger price tag on their services but rest assured, you get what you pay for.

I had a few services one with Core. The last was supposed to be a medium clean of which there were issues. Vacuuming was terrible, don’t think it was actually done. Dusting in dining room wasn’t done either. Floors were not washed, seems like a quick wipe over. Team that cleaned bathrooms and kitchen did do a good job. I called them multiple… times to only receive an email back a few days later. Then when I responded to their email I never heard back from them. I have left multiple voice mail messages and have sent emails with no response. Gets frustrating when avoided and trying
