The Beverage Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall management, leadership, and administration of all beverage services/front house staff at Duffers Den. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a diverse group of people. Having previous experience in the beverage/and or food industry-preferably in a golf club environment.

I saw a new menu where everything wasn't deep friend and got excited.... and I shouldn't have. The Sante Fe chicken bowl is actually a salad consisting mostly of greens and tortilla chips :( Menu described quinoa and pico de gallo, chicken and cabbage slaw! Pico was definitely salsa from jar, no more than 50g. of chicken and there might have been 11 pieces of individual quinoa grains in the whole salad. New owners need to hire a new chef. Putting lipstick on the old menu isn't enough to bring us back.

One of the worst experiences I've had in my life. Been going here since I was little.
Ordered Steak (Blue) and Prawns. Overpriced at $25 just to get my steak well done, and vegetables and prawns luke warm.
My baked potato served in tin foil and dry without condiments.
My drink was Rye and 7 and it was weak and with way much ice.
Only good thing was the yam fries, perfectly crispy.
Service was not to standard, well below Infact with my server forgetting nearly everything. As well not exactly professional when nearly turning down service to myself and my friend for not having reservation, but
