They immediately picked up the slack, assigned Lois Garland to me who offered me the very best rate and throughout the years she has continued to seek out and ensure that I am receiving the best quality for the money that I am paying, and that I am getting the right coverage for my needs.
I have been through illness and several accidents and I've been treated with the utmost care and promptness which has made me feel very valued

Good Morning,
I have dealt with Preferred Insurance for many many years since I moved to london Ontario.
I have had several accidents and one house claim while with Preferred Insurance.
My recent car accident has given me some grief from the Insurance as to which I had to call Preferred claims department and got ahold of a very lovely lady by the name of Lois Garland.
Lois handled my issues very professionally , she managed to get ahold of my insurance and deal with the issues with ease and sorted out 100%.
I am totally grateful for all your help Lois with this matter, love your friendly and

If there is a 6 star's option I would choose it for this company
While other brokers still asking me their 1000 questions, Sean helped me out and offer me an affordable insurance quote for my new establish company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointing experience since we purchased a policy. They have a very difficult time answering basic questions about polices they sell to their clients. Answers are vague and lack professionalism, it leaves you disgusted with the insurance industry. At a certain point it’s perceived that they just want you go away because it’s a difficult issue. Promises are made to ensure you are satisfied only to fall short of their commitment.
We were so unimpressed in dealing with management that we had to escalate the issue to the Registered Insurance Brokers

James Smith and another representative refused to call me back with home and auto premiums after multiple attempts on my end to contact them, total lack of customer service. These guys are jokes.
