Megan Wall represented sellers. Beware. Unprofessional. Sneaky. Tried to sneak in a free seven day time period in the house for her sellers (and apparently the sellers are her family members). Our agent caught that clause and changed. We said no to any rent back but would change closing date if they wanted. They refused. They did NOT honor closing date, as if we had no legal contract. Closing was delayed because they would not leave. The epitome of lack of grace, professionalism and dignity. Run, and fast, AWAY from her representing you, unless you do not care about ethics. Kenny Pulsipher did an incredible job selling my home! He was always on top of everything, he is very professional, he knows the market, he was excellent at evaluating offers, and even better at thinking creatively to negotiate the best outcome for both myself and the buyer. My family and I had been eagerly anticipating buying a home for at least 2 years but were not a position to. Once we got approved, Tyler Estes was so helpful with our house hunting he was very attentive and give honest and experienced advice. Janis Lee assisted us with finding a lender which gave us a completely unbelievable rate.
