We are pleased to offer a wide range of installed siding products including: aluminum soffit, fascia and eaves trough (gutters), PVC and vinyl siding, aluminum and steel siding. We also offer eaves trough (gutter) protection with the installation of Smart Screen. Big headaches like wet basements, cracked and eroded foundations, and decaying brick often begin from smaller problems higher up bad gutters.
Modified bitumen systems combine the advantages of built-up roofing with the ease of application of a single-ply system. Bitumen is reinforced with fibreglass or polyester for added durability, and manufactured into sheets or rolls for ease of application. One, two (most common), or 2ply ply-systems are available.
ModifiedPLUS HDgT4 Heavy Duty Cap Sheet is used as the top ply in a two-ply roofing system and as a flashing membrane for modified bitumen roofing, conventional built-up roofing and as a maintenance repair material. The product incorporates a high tensile composite reinforced mat, providing it with improved mechanical properties compared to traditional products.

I hired this company, because they were recommended by Mike Holmes. My first quote was given by Josh. He left and no callback for three weeks. Then I get promised from the owner Mike, that my roof would be completed by the end of October. Half the job has been completed. Now, radio silence. I should have went with DeAngelo roofing. #Ridiculous.

We had done entire roofing with Better flat roofing.After couple of months in spring we found a leak which drained down in our building,within no time Mike along with his crew send the roofers to finish up the job and fix it.After further delay they came back without any reminders and made sure the job is done perfectly.

Had a leak due to raccoon and squirrel damage. Called Better Contracting roofs for a new roof. They came to inspect and said they were fully booked but sent their man to fasten a tarp to deal with leak temporarily. Soon after they changed the pitch at the rear and installed a beautiful cedar shake steel roof. Their roofers were effective, efficient and professional and truly gentlemen. Not only does my home look awesome, but I have NOT heard any raccoons or squirrels on my roof since. I am highly recommending this company.

They were amazing and did a wonderful job replacing all our tiles and installed 5 plywood sheets to insure we don't have any leakage when it rains. They were recommended by our friend who lives in Brampton, and… so glad they did because you could not find better guys who worked hard on making sure they finished it properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roof refinished.

Our experience over the last three years with Better contracting has very disappointing. We employed their services with 2 prior houses and were reasonably satisfied with the work that was done. We contracted Better contracting to install eaves troughs and caps on our most recent home purchase. When we encountered problems with roof leaks, we… first contacted Better Contracting. The company essentially ignored our requests and eventually we contacted another roofer. Last summer, we began to experience problems with a downspout that was connected to a drain that was plugged.
