This company did my move in September. They dropped or banged my TV, breaking it. Also, strapped a large, heavy wood cabinet so tight that we couldn't get the doors open. They had to be pried off and then they wouldn't go back in. Both items discovered after they left... Obviously can't plug everything in and inspect everything before they leave. Several calls and several emails later and still haven't heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional.

Attuned showed up on time ready to work, they were in and out without any hassle about stairs, appliances. They took doors off hinges where needed, disassembled furniture as requested and made recommendations to help my move along.
No hassle on the fee, all as agreed in the quote and as expected. They didnt nickle and dime over every stair or every little piece of furniture.

No showed my appointment for a piano move. I took time off in the middle of the work day for the scheduled time they had available (was not given a choice of time so that their other appointments would be accommodated). They did not call (they had my cell number) or give any indication the appointment was not firm after I confirmed the time and addresses for the move. Called, left a voicemail and emailed about 15 minutes into my appointment time to no response. Gave them an additional half hour to show up, calling a couple more times, before I had to go home for afternoon meetings. Would not ever

The team was outstanding! Full of focused energy, very communicative amongst each other and us. They worked tirelessly and still had big smiles at the end of the day. They were very conscientious about not scratching walls and floors. You might find that you can find a lower price but with all of the extra they do without random extra charges and how they alleviate moving stress by being so efficient and making you feel as though they are truly happy to be there managing everything as you need it to be. Just outstanding. I actually can't find the words to do them justice. Best moving company I

I am quite pleased with the service I received from Attuned Movers. Their pricing was very reasonable, they were friendly and efficient. They moved all of my things without any damage. The only thing that could use improvement was even though I requested the use of runners, I still had areas of my new floors and carpets that the runners didn't cover that they walked on with their shoes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of service and value that I received. I am happy to recommend Attuned to others and would hire them again.
