Services
You can make an appointment either by phoning the clinic directly or by completing the enquiry form. We will then contact you to setup your appointment. As a private patient, you are personally responsible for your account and your bill must be settled at the time of your appointment. You may be able to claim the cost back from your medical insurance.
Please see below for a full outline of the service rates charged by Williams Lake Physiotherapy Clinic. We unfortunately do not bill directly; if you have medical insurance cover you will need to pay for each session and then claim the cost back from your insurer. Clients seeking our services of a motor vehicle accident will require a valid claim number and pre-approval from you adjuster at ICBC in order to receive treatment.

My experience with this Physiotherapy clinic has always been more than satisfactory from all of the staff. I have had a couple of falls resulting in chronic lower back pain. With the treatments & exercises I receive from Surita I can get back to regular activities and experience less pain. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and empathetic which is important to me. She takes the time to listen and administer care. Williams Lake is lucky to have her!

I have Chronic Pain Syndrome and went there for treatment through ICBC. Missed an appointment due to pain. I am unable to hold my child much less a phone when the pain is bad. Told them my situation and the owner of the clinic has refused to waive the fee as they have with other patients. Was told I must pay $70 for the entire missed appointment. Not even a partial fee. Nothing. Surita Gaspar does not care about patients or their pain, only money. She is a pathetic excuse for a human exploiting people for money.
