One bite of Spiros's Holy Smoked Meat pizza, and I was transported back in time to when I was in Montreal eating a smoked meat sandwich at Schwartz's Deli. My husband and I also split the arni psito (roasted lamb) and the potatoes we had with the dish were probably the best potatoes I have ever eaten in my life.

2021 update. Just got the lamb cooked on a spite! Huge amount of lamb with rice and salad, probably the most moist and delicious lamb EVER. It's a special for Orthodox Easter. Google will now remind me every Orthodox Easter in future to get lamb from Spiros. I would take a photo... But the lamb didn't make it, by the time I remembered the dish was very much empty😋
Huge portions with unique pizza flavors that can't be found anywhere else. Had their pulled lamb pizza, and it was amazing. Can also put two pizza flavors together.

We have passed by Spiros many times and have been meaning to grab some food to try.
We came during the pandemic. They did a great job protecting their staff and customers. There are barriers in place and they do not hand the food to you. Instead, they move it to a table and then have you pick it up. Great contactless transition!
As well, they express their appreciation when you pick up your food. They know that their customers are helping them through this. I can't wait to return to help this mom and pop restaurant!

Went here for pizza as it was highly recommended by a friend. Prices were high but the quality seemed high. Did an A to B that night with a chain competitor and it was significantly better, but value wise probably in line. Gyros pizza was okay, with the Hawaiian variant better tasting, though the chicken on the latter appeared to be store bought breast and not necessarily roasted chicken as advertised.

Good quality chicken, fair portion sizes price is up there though. My girlfriend took me out for my birthday, I had the chicken souvlaki plate, she had the chicken breast with feta and spinach. Taste was alright but the rice and vegetables were not at the mark I’d expect for a 23-27 dollar plate. There was also a table with a couple drunk guys yelling and swearing which didn’t help our experience. Servers were nice and always smiled. Maybe the pizza or pasta would have been a better dish, next time I’d try that.

Their pizza is awesome, I'd risk saying best in Calgary. The cheesecake is also pretty good, a bit small but well made. The restaurant has a very interesting and cozy environment, the decoration is nice and service good too. It is however a bit expensive, but the food is really good so it is justifiable.
