Today a call back from a guy who dryly reported, "I'm not making it out today, if that's what you're thinking." I replied, "no, just looking for a quote?" His response? "Yeah, you and 60 other people. Haha.. I'll call you next week sometime."
Making your potential customers feel like an inconvenience or a joke is a great way to lose business.
Aside from having to wait a week to set up an appointment, (after our initial conversation the 11th) and then still not getting an appointment to get said quote?
What a disappointment.
