I called for there towing service and I waited 2hours patiently and than a very rude,totally unprofessional and almost drunk guy showed up and he could not help me out to boost my vehicle and the reason is simple he don’t know how to!
With out completing his job, he was demanding of money though I was about to pay but he started swearing and I was scared on his disgusting behaviour.I called customer service and there were a woman name gale and she said rudely it’s not there problem so deal it yourself.
So guys please don’t wast your time and money and don’t put yourself in danger by calling

Great service yesterday while every company was backlogged due to this weather they said they would call back in 2 hours and did just that. The driver was already at the house when the office lady called. Polite driver and great rate. Will use again.

One hour ago my 4th Gen Mitsubishi Eclipse died on Circle Drive. I called Auto Rescue Towing because the last company I went with(Brad's Towing) was busy with their Christmas party. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he showed up very quickly and was able to tow my car across the city. Further, he was impressively able to back it up into my tightly packed apartment parking lot. Payed an incredibly reasonable price and got great service. Already told some of my friends about this company and I will be calling them again if I need to take my car to a shop.

Worst experience I've had. Broke down out of P.A. Driver (Jordan) from P.A. called Saskatoon to try to get him to take the call. Approximately 30mins. later, Jordan called back and told me He would take us to S'toon but he had to go get a flat deck so He will be awhile and asked if we mind waiting a bit. I told "No, I don't mind". 2.5 hours later I called Jordan and He told me I cancelled the tow!! I don't know how you get that mixed up but rather than acknowledging his mistake, He started yelling at me that I was calling his personal cell phone. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything.
