The Food Cabbie is owned/operated by husband and wife duo Spiros and Helen, pioneers of the Food Truck movement in Toronto and proud instigators of the amendments to the antiquated food truck laws. Spiros, a native Chef of Napa Valley California, moved to Toronto in 2007 and resumed his passion in the food service industry.
Inspired by his previous Chicago Pizza Kitchen in the Bay Area, Spiros introduced authentic Chicago-style pizza to the greater Toronto area when he opened the successful Chicago Pizza Kitchen in Vaughan. 2010 saw Spiros invest in a Food Truck. The creative culinary outlet allowed Spiros to better showcase his mouth-watering dishes popular South of the border.

Ordered from this restaurant with uber today. My order italian chicken sandwich, the Hamburger, caesar salad and the colarado.
What I got was a Veal sandwich
A 4 ounce burger patty on a bun (not 10 ounce on a baguette
Colarado poutine. Chopped up hamburger and no fried onions.
Total was 60 plus dollars.
