My kids took photos every September. I downloaded the digital photos in Oct. Unfortunately my hard disk was broke and I did not back up the data to cloud. I emailed them to ask if I can download again. They responded me very fast and give the link. They are really a professional and responsible company. Highly recommend.

So highly impressed with Mountain West Studios! If I could give them a higher rating, I would! I accidently wrote my old address when ordering school photos, and didn't realize until after they were delivered to the wrong house. Not only did they respond SO quickly to my panicked email, they offered to reprint and resend the photos free of charge. HOW AMAZING IS THAT?! Thank you, thank you, thank you Mountain West!! I highly recommend this photography business to everyone!!

As an experienced Actor and Model, I was absolutely blown away with this amazing studio! The set up is incredible for doing all kinds of different themed shoots, with a very modern touch to the over all feel of the space. There are large changing rooms to get ready in, so perfect for large groups. James was my photographer and he was outstanding, couldn't be happier with my photos! Piers was really great at getting me booked in and showing me everything there was to see in the space. It truly felt very welcomed and respected and I definitely will use Mountain West for all my future photography

Had some fun Christmas photos done with friends this week and the photographer was very friendly and very professional! The photo session was relaxing and fun plus the photos look really nice!
Even though we booked our session very close to their holiday week they still got our photos to us before they close! I’m very grateful that they were so quick and easy to work with!

Amazing customer service!
Our pictures printed differently than we expected and so we emailed them about it. They promptly responded and then made sure that we were sent corrected prints without any extra cost!
