Services
We have six light duty tow trucks, all with Century 6500/602 wreckers for recovering and towing cars and pickup trucks, that provide battery boosts, vehicle unlocks, and flat tire assistance. Our service truck is equipped with a compressor, floor jack, unlock equipment, arrow-board and arrow-board trailer for lane closures and flagging.

DOM” tow truck driver was very nice, at Dons Towing, as well very knowledgeable and personable! We were very impressed with him. He as well went above and beyond for us, very careful with the vehicle as we are fussy. Was a pleasure dealing with him. Nice to see such a nice employee.

Excellent customer service! I called them at 9 pm on a freezing christmas night (dec 25) to get my car which was stucked in the snow. I got the best service ever. Irene( the dispatcher) was very professional, friendly and helpful. She got me a driver in less than 10 mins. It was very cold outside, the driver helped me pull out my car in all his ways. He was very friendly as well! I highly recommend them for their affordable price, good and quick service. Thank you Irene and the driver!!

My mothers car needed a tow.
These guys showed up and brought it to the new location lickity split. I was busy and so unable to supervise where the vehicle was left. It was not in a location to my liking but my elderly mother gave them the okay and the truck was already gone.
However i was able to get ahold of the driver and he turned right around and came back to sort things out. I apologized for being so picky and he completely understood. A stand up professional who wants to do things right.
Thanks again to the Driver.

Well, I lost my baby, she got beat up by a Suzuki that had lost her sence of direction. Tried to turn across an intersection with traffic flowing freely across. Most unfortunate my Chrysler 300c Heritage classic, that I had just purchased 5weeks prior, happened to be crossing that very intersection when she was hit…yes, when they told me my car was being written off, I cried. According to my sources, I.C.B.C. will write off any vehicle 10yrs or older. Man…the air bags didn’t even go off, and my car, my baby, is gone. (maybe I’ll write a country song) lol. I recently got stuck on a goat track up in the hills above Merritt when my alternator packed it in. While bump starting front and back I finally got high centered on seemingly the only large rock in the area. With the last dying light we could see a forest fire in front and behind. The wind was blowing smoke and I wasn't sure how in danger we were. I had BCAA premium package and decided to call myself in as I was at the top of a hill and actually within cell range in a very spotty area. Very impressed with Don’s service today provided by Steve! We were initially told we would be waiting about 2-2.5 hours for a flat deck truck, had a call back within 30 minutes for dispatch.
Our boat trailer wheel bearing let go and the tire was rolling down the highway beside us! It was a much less than ideal location, and very hot out.
Steve was calm cool and collected when it was a tough load onto the truck! Got us back home and into our driveway!
