Situated minutes from downtown Kenora on the shore of beautiful Lake of the Woods, the Kenora Golf & Country Club boasts a challenging 18 hole course accessible by land and water. The Club offers a fully stocked Pro Shop, a driving range, practice green, and a qualified CPGA Golf Professional for instruction.
The lounge and restaurant overlooks scenic Golf Course Bay as well as the course and features breakfast, lunch and dinner selections for both golfers and the public. The course is situated close to the shore of Lake of the Woods and offers beautiful views of the lake from the higher elevated holes. There is an abundance of wildlife on the course and whether it is a deer, bear or fox sighting, it will add to the total golf experience. The layout plays to a par 72 with a 126 slope rating from the back.
Jennifer has been a PGA of Canada Golf Professional for 27 years and has extensive private and group lesson experience. She has instructed at the 2003 MTS Classic Sandra Post Clinic and has completed Workshops 1 through 5 in the CPGA Teaching and Coaching Certification Program. Jennifer has competed both Provincially and Nationally as a Junior and Amateur representing Manitoba on several teams.
The Bar & Restaurant at the Kenora Golf & Country Club offers banquet facilities for wedding and groups up to 140 as well as breakfast and lunch selections for every day dining. Sandwiches are available at the bar when the kitchen is not open. Please call 807-468-3597 for more information. Proof of vaccination will include either the Government of Ontario paper copy or an electronic PDF receipt with Government issued photo ID.
