Tom and Christina Sullivan started their own plumbing business in Perth in 2007 and it's been growing rapidly ever since, servicing areas in Lanark, Frontenac and Leeds Counties. Hard water causes lime scale deposits in household water systems which can clog pipes, reduce the efficiency of boilers and tanks and shorten the life of appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers and coffee makers.

Because the hydrovac truck uses a large hose that can reach up to 30 feet, we can reach locations that other methods simply can't.
Using our septic truck, our professionals will empty the sewage from your septic or holding tank efficiently and safely. The service we offer is unique in that it has a feature called the Crust Buster that will break down solids that can form a very hard layers. Without it, these layers can prevent your septic from functioning correctly.

Dan and Al of Tom Sullivan plumbing did a total bathroom install. They also fixed a lot of the previous plumbers' errors while they were here. They noticed immediately that the piping going out to septic was going uphill and corrected that and other issues.for us. Very professional and reliable. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom was amazing this morning. We thought we were having an issue with our well. He talked to my Husband several times by phone in an effort to troubleshoot. Turned out the issue was electrical and not a plumbing issue. He could have sent a member of his team out, only to find out the problem needed an electrician and charged us anyway but he didn't. So Tom, when and if we do actually need a plumber, you are our first call!

Had my kitchen faucet replaced with a new Moen unit.
After a few days the faucet was dripping - faulty cartridge.
Tom Sullivan Plumbing was here the next day and replaced the cartridge.
No more drips.
Also replaced the Moen cartridges in both 16 year old bathroom faucets.
Work like new.
Great customer service. Highly recommended.
