Invisalign uses a series of invisible, removable trays that you wear in sequence. Each tray slowly moves your teeth into their correct position over time. The aligners are made with 3-D computer imaging technology and precision made to custom fit your teeth. Invisalign provides maximum comfort and convenience for patients without the need for metal braces.
With today's advanced dental techniques, now more than ever there are multiple options for restoring a smile or broken tooth (or teeth!). One of the more popular solutions is dental implants. The dental industry has many solutions, materials and systems when it comes to dental implants, however the premise pretty much remains the same.
With today's advanced materials and techniques, Dr. Scherer is able to provide you with a crown, bridge or veneer that matches the surrounding teeth. Crowns, also known as 'Caps', are a porcelain shell that is placed over and around the entire tooth. Crowns prevent tooth fracture because they act as a ring around the tooth that binds the tooth together.
Dentures do not last forever: even with proper care and maintenance, a set of dentures will only about 5 years on average before they need to be replaced. For this reason, many patients are opting to replace missing teeth with another dental prosthetic called implants. Fabricating dental implants is more expensive than dentures but they are permanent, operate just like real teeth and should never need replacement.

My first time taking my son to the dentist. I can honestly say one of my best experiences I have had. The patience and intellectual awareness to my son was absolutely amazing. Not only did he not fear the dentist he asks when we can go back. If you ever want anyone that will care and do a phenomenal job at the same time this is the place to go and Karen is who to see.

Dr. Karen is wonderful - she has given me a new smile that I love! My teeth feel absolutely natural and are beautiful! But more than that, the entire experience has been wonderful. For 50 years I have had a fear of “dentists” that would severely limit what work could be done. And I certainly would never have gone to a dentist that didn’t use “gas”! What an wonderful experience it is to go to Dr. Karen. Deciding to see Dr. Karen, was the best decision! I am so happy with my teeth and so happy that she is my dentist!
