Creekside Pharmacy

Very impressive my husband was turned away by one pharmacy he had an appointment I call creekside pharmacy they couldn't get him the vaccine he wanted at that time but called the next day for the one he did want and done next day,awesome thanks so much wonderful job and this pharmacy's so caring and helpful

Absolutely fabulous people work here! They are professional, kind, and care deeply about your health! They are also still chipper and happy even though they have been so busy with this crazy pandemic!

Went in to inquire about getting my second dose. The person at the counter started asking me personal medical information right in front of another customer. I told her my physical condition, and she asked me what drugs I'm taking for it. I told her I wasn't taking anything. She actually said " you can't have ...... without taking medication" (my doctor disagrees, but I suppose she knows better). She basically called me a liar. Then she began listing off other medications I'm taking for another condition (again right in front of the other customer). It was a very unsettling experience. All I went

Had a very similar experience as the other reviews on here. I had made an appointment with my phone number, name, & Alberta health number. Drove 45 minutes from my home to my appointment to be only told that they didn't 'transfer my appointment to the pharmacy computer system' when I booked my appointment and nothing can be done. This is extremely unprofessional & disrespectful in my opinion. They had wasted 2 hours of my time and I understand they're very busy at times but the least they could do it text or call 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know. Would not recommend this place at

Lovely staff especially Hayat. It's friendly, family-owned, and they try to go above and beyond. Wonderful pharmacy.

I needed a 2 Vaccine shot.
With the phones ringing off of the wall! The lady that helped me was amazing. She Reviewed my medical information on Net Care, to Verify my medical info, Talk about talent.
I got an appt based on my criteria. Could not be happier.
These guys are efficient and knowledgeable on what they need to have knowledge of.
Their location is Fabulous, nice clean place. Everyone had smiles. We need more of that these Days.

Well I would have given 0 rating but the lowest is 1.
I booked an appointment for my vaccination and left my number. I drove from 50 minutes away for my appointment, only to find they have no vaccine and I received no phone call that they had not recieved the shipment.
When speaking with staff they have a number not even close to my number written down. I understand how busy you may be with bookings and appointments but as a professional service you need to be on it a little better. All I get is adding my proper phone number and a we will call you when the vaccine comes in.

This review is only referring to;Hayat, and the male staff at this time. Hayat is wonderful, and so are all the Guys that work there.Hayat is super nice and she helps me and my mom for all our prescriptions, she always makes me laugh even when I got my flu shot done there and she smells like flowers. Kester knows everything about any medicine you could need and he is also super friendly and kind to me and my mom. Khalid and his brother Tariq are great and very handsome ♥ 😊😄I really like the new man pharmacist to because he is great to. He is a wonderful person. The two new ladies there

Had a negative interaction with the pharmacist/Hayat. It would be much appreciated if she softens her tone of voice and learn some appropriate greeting such as please and thank you when talking to the clients. Sometime people don't feel comfortable when you ask them about their race or ethnicity in public. Be professional and don't intrude people's privacy.

Fantastic! Love this place! Well worth switching to this pharmacy!!! I started popping by when Creekside first opened to ask questions about all kinds of prescriptions and interactions, just general concerns really and Kester always had a smart, decisive answer to every question on the spot so based on his customer service I made the switch to this pharmacy even though I had moved to Calgary and had a pharmacy close to my home(could never deliver the same level of service as Creekside if they tried) every time I continued to get my meds it was nice, always Kester so I didn't have a bunch of pharmacists

They are the nicest people and they really care about the people that come in there. I love that it has more of a small town, neighbourly feel too. They are also VERY knowledgeable and really do care about your health needs. I would love to see more people support them, they deserve it!
